1. About AcquiProp

AcquiProp is a real estate marketing platform that helps users create campaign content, manage property marketing workflows, connect social media accounts, publish approved content, and review campaign analytics.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Social Media Connections

When you connect Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other supported platforms, you authorize AcquiProp to access only the permissions you approve through each platform's OAuth process. You can disconnect accounts from Settings.

4. User Content

You remain responsible for property details, images, videos, captions, listings, campaign materials, and any other content you upload, generate, approve, or publish using AcquiProp.

5. Publishing

AcquiProp may publish content to connected platforms only after your account authorization and user action inside the app. Platform publishing may fail because of platform rules, missing permissions, account limits, expired tokens, or unavailable APIs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AcquiProp for misleading listings, unlawful advertising, spam, discriminatory housing content, unauthorized scraping, impersonation, or content that violates third-party platform policies.

7. AI-Generated Content

AcquiProp may help generate marketing text, creative ideas, and campaign assets. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-assisted content before publishing and ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

8. Third-Party Platforms

AcquiProp integrates with third-party services. Their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, API limits, and review requirements also apply.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product or as third-party platform APIs change.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, or break applicable laws.
